Do you provide samples?

We include free samples in our orders when they are available.

You can contact us about the item. If it's available, we'll provide it for you to order.

 

I don't know which products are suitable for me. Do you offer consultation?

We do offer consultation and can suggest the right products for you based on your needs and requirements. Please take into consideration that online consultation does not substitute face to face consultation.

 

When will my order arrive?

Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days. You will receive an email with confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your order until it leaves Israel. At some countries the postal service offers tracking until delivery.

We offer express delivery (EMS) and your order will be delivered anywhere in the world within 5-10 days.

Your order may be delayed because of customs checks.

Standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks. While in some countries it may take less, in some it may take more.

We recommend you to constantly track your order with the tracking number provided (if this service is available by your postal service).

First, please try to locate your order using the tracking number provided. It your postal service offers tracking, the parcel will be easily located.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once you have placed your order, an email confirmation is will be sent containing your tracking number. Please check your SPAM folder if an email from us hasn't arrived after performing an order.

 

I’m not happy with the product I received – what should I do?

If you’re not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we guarantee a money-back refund upon return of the product. All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

 

The product I've received has spilled/broken – what should I do?

We recommend opening the parcel directly when you receive it. In case of a severe damage, please file a complaint at your post representative.

During international shipping some parcels may be damaged. We do our best to ensure quality packaging. We wrap liquids with additional layer preventing spilling, we use bubble wrap, wrapping paper and quality packages. All of this ensures maximum padding.

Sometimes this may not be enough, and the product might be damaged upon arrival. In such case, please contact us with proof of damage and we will reimburse you for it.
